Akusticera

Kom just på ett nytt ord.

Akusticera (eng. Acoustify) - Att ta en låt (med någorlunda hög puls) och spela den helt akustiskt med sänkt tempo. Lagom mycket så att texten fortfarande passar.
Artister som gjort som gjort sig kända genom att akusticera är t.ex. José González ( "Heartbeats" m.fl.), Anna Ternheim ("Shoreline"), Ryan Adams ("Wonderwall") och Hellsongs (bl.a. "Run to the hills")

Jag gillar att akusticera låtar, det är ett av mina favoritintressen när det gäller musiken. Bland annat har jag gjort "Snow" (Red Hot Chili Peppers), "Don't let the devil ruin it all" (Timo Räisänen) och "Heart in a cage" (Strokes). Jag blir helt till mig när jag hör en låt och tänker "den här skulle bli jättefin akustiskt". Om jag sedan lyckas med att göra den snyggt känns det underbart. Här är den fina texten till min nuvarande favorit av akusticerade låtar, "Such great heights" med Iron & Wine;
